Where are you from, and what treatment did you have?
"I'm Daniel, from Kent in the United Kingdom. I had twelve-on-twelve here at The Pearl Clinic Antalya — it's a beautiful place, brilliant."
Did you have any concerns before coming to Turkey?
"I had a few concerns, but I spoke to a friend of mine and he told me about the clinic. I looked online and saw you had a meeting in London. I went to London, met the team and the dentist, and my mind was set — I was happy."

"A friend of mine had some work out here two years ago. He said it's a brilliant place, a beautiful country, brilliant people. I looked at other countries, but my mind was set on Turkey."

How was your treatment from start to finish?
"The start was quite hard, because I had to take all my teeth out — I hardly had any teeth left. I was very nervous at first."

"A little bit of pain, but not really. Nothing at all, really."

"A bit emotional. I've had no teeth for a long time, and now I can be myself again. I'm just happy I can smile again and be what I used to be."

"They were just filled with joy."

"Lovely place, beautiful restaurants, really friendly people, and the beaches are beautiful. I'll come back again, definitely — I want to go everywhere now."

4. What Is All-on-6?
All-on-6 is a full-arch implant treatment for people who have lost most or all of their teeth in a jaw, or whose remaining teeth can't be saved. Six implants are placed in the jawbone to support a fixed bridge of new teeth. For both jaws — as in Daniel's case — that means six implants on top and six on the bottom.

5. Daniel's All-on-6 Journey, Step by Step
Every plan is individual, but Daniel's journey followed the typical stages of full-arch treatment:
1. Consultation in London
Daniel met our team face to face, asked his questions and received an initial assessment and plan.
2. 3D scan and final planning in Antalya
A CBCT scan confirmed his bone volume and implant positions before anything began.
3. Removing the remaining teeth
Daniel describes this as the hardest part — "the start was quite hard." His remaining teeth couldn't be saved and were removed under local anaesthesia.
4. Implant placement and temporary teeth
Six implants were placed per jaw and, where suitable, a fixed temporary bridge was fitted so patients don't go home without teeth.
5. Healing and the final smile
After healing, the final bridges are made in our in-house laboratory and fitted — the moment Daniel describes as "a bit emotional."
